To celebrate this milestone, the Hudson River Museum is proud to present a solo exhibition of his work in Lens on the Hudson: Photographs by Joseph Squillante - May 9 – October 19, 2025. In this presentation, Joe will guide us on a captivating visual voyage, traveling the Hudson River’s length from its source in the Adirondack Mountains to its mouth at New York Harbor, including a breathtaking night view of Manhattan from atop the World Trade Center. Along the way, we’ll explore the river’s scenic beauty, evoking the spirit of the Hudson River School, witness the traditions of the last commercial shad fishermen, observe a wildlife biologist caring for bald eagles, and reflect on the environmental challenges and the champions working to protect this vital waterway. |
